Horribly off track this weekend...
I emotionally ate this weekend. I had a personal situation, got depressed, and comforted myself with food. :(
It COULD have been worse, but I think I may have gained back the 2 pounds I worked so hardf to lose last week. I am also VERY near my TOM, so that doesn't help either.
I got to be on my own ass about my eating and exercising. Heading to Tampa for a mini-vacation on Friday. I want to be as close to 200 as I can!!!

Don't be so hard on yourself. The fact that you recognize that you emotionally eat is a huge success! you can't change what you don't acknowledge! If you set your mind to it, I know you can do it!

I agree with Sugrmomma. In the past, I'll get so mad at myself for slipping up that I'll sink even lower and do more damage. I think the important thing is just to accept it, move on, and move forward.
