Anyone have good ideas for pre work snacks when you work out in the morning? i dont like protein shakes before working out and i dont like working out fasted. i am trying to veer away from protein bars

cheese and pepperoni?? deviled eggs// oatmeal and raisin cookies// I don't know how you eat before workouts. I like real food myself but I put the cookies in there too.

Half of a banana & BCAA in my workout drink.

a handful of walnuts, banana, and a low fat latte.

Greek Yogurt with fruit and a cup of coffee.

I take 1 tbsp bacon crumbles and 1 egg, mix it up and microwave for 1 minute. it cooks up quick and it isn't heavy at all. Later in the morning I have 2nd breakfast.
