Made an amazing dinner tonight! Boil 2 servings healthy harvest whole wheat rotini. Spray a pan with olive oil. Saute 10oz raw shrimp 5 cloves pressed garlic and one finely minced jalapeno. Add 1 can petite diced tomatoes. Finely mince around 10 basil leaves and a small handful of flat leaf parsley. Add the herbs to the shrimp and tomato mixture along with the juice of one lemon. Drain and add the pasta.
