Just got back from a week's vacation. I did the best I could to try to stick to Atkins, but I know I didn't do as well as I could have. I'm not getting weighed until next week because I know I gained weight, even though I made every effort to try to stick to it. I will be watching my intake like a hawk again after this week in order to try to start my body back on burning fat.
