Went on a bike ride, felt great! This is exactly where I wanted to be at this point. I am eating well, have had some slip ups but i dont condemn myself when it happens. I just keep going and trying better. Going out w. friends tonight, will try to do good even though its going to be a deep dish pizza night eek! Also, the "curse" is coming...thinking about not weighing in for a week because I will get freaked out over numbers that arent really there. Going to try for a 3 lb loss for next week.

Bike riding with my husband is one of my favorite activities! We try to integrate it into our errand running...he even bought me a wicker basket for my bike. Good job!

thanks guys, i am going to try for 20 miles tomorrow :D i like going with my husband too, he is kicking butt on the trails, he did about 80 miles in 4 days over his vacation!
