Church Picnic today. It has been 80 degrees and absolutely gorgeous.Found it quite a taxing day though on the home front. Picnics galore, homemade yummies, iceccreams candyfloss and then after a baptism at church in the afternoon: sandwiches , cupcakes, more homemade treats. I actually made it through the day quite easily - I found that I didn't want to cheat at all , but because I am so relaxed now - not constantly thinking about my WOE - I forgot and tended to think I could just eat and then remembered!! Still - it was testing - The thing that I really could have enjoyed would have been an icelolly!
