又回到了最初的起点😗,暑假去了趟成都饮食结构开始崩溃🤣

暑假回家就我跟我爸在,我爸总觉得年轻人该多吃点,自己又是个心比肚大的人,一公斤牛肉他非要让一顿吃下去,然后就控制不住了🌚
