:-) Today, I'm thankful, to God, that He has blessed me with a love of cooking, and the talent to create a great meal, for myself, and family members, when the opportunity presents it's self! I usually make bacon and eggs, or sausage and eggs, or some combination of the two. Today, along with some pan grilled breakfast sausage; I had eggs, scrambled, with sauteed sweet onions, slow oven roasted roma tomatoes, a mix of parmesan and cheddar cheeses, and a couple of spritzes of white truffle oil. A cup of, Red Rose, tea washed it all down, and I'm ready for the day! What a beginning! :-) Have a great weekend everyone!

Thanks ladies. :-) Many of the things I cook, are ideas that come to me on a spur of the momment, and are based on the things I happen to have in my fridge, and would like to use up, before I decide they are too old to eat, and therefore get thrown away; and I hate to throw good food away. BuffyBear; I'll make a breakfast eater out of you yet. LOL :-) triaby; It was a great start. davidsmom; You might be tempted to come for breakfast, but I have some chittlins thawed out, to go over, and get cooking for dinner; and most people can't tolerate the smell. LOL BTW, I live in Michigan, and probably no more than a stone's throw away from Yvonne.
