I knew the jump up was coming. The scale can’t always go in the right direction. A little to much broccoli cauliflower cheese casserole last night. But it’s ok because I am determined to stay strong and see this all the way through and beyond.
87.7 kg Lost so far: 7.0 kg.    Still to go: 21.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Comments 
Broccoli and cauliflower along with cheese will do that. Short term. No harm no foul. Plus cruciferous vegetables are notorious for temporary bloat. Great for you though!
