Question has anyone tried WW with the coach? If so is it worth the money?

No, not me. But WW just didn't work for me generally. At least not for weight loss. Thankfully, it made me face the fact that I was eating too much back then. I would go past my points at breakfast. I quit and had to learn what a balanced plate looks like.

And we all have such different bodies. You gotta find what works for you and your lifestyle. I know some people who have lost 100s on WW, no coach. But maybe a coach is right for you.

Thank you! In the past it did not work for me either but I joined tonight with the personal coach plan to give it another try. Finger cross that the extra support will help me stay focus. Thanks again 😊
