Well the scale dropped a little further this morning. I was expecting yesterday to be a fluke and the scale to go back up a little. But nope it when down further. So I guess I figured out the right calorie balance. So I will follow 1850 for about 3 weeks and then bump it up to 2050 for 1 to 2 weeks and then lower it back to 1850. This should help me avoid a plateau.
