day 3 of my 3rd 90 days of p90x. tryn to stick to my goals of entering food and tracking weight. i think its the lack of caring about my work that is getting me in trouble with my diet. i dont feel like myself lately at work. my work isnt what i want to do and that maks it hard to try n diet since i feel depressed already when i walk in.
