Oh what the hell is wrong with me. Im getting so discusted this week. i have eaten nearly everything. I cant believe I am doing this. Somebody stop me. Please. I have had candy bars, cookies, cake, cheese, potatoes, hotdog, bread. All things I have vowed to not eat so much of anymore. I think it is TOM. That idiot always messes with me. I a stuffed beyond comfortable breath. I even put on my BUFFET PANTS. Oh no. I need help. I had pizza hut lunch buffet Monday and Chinese buffet Tuesday and Old Country Kitchen buffet today. UGH...........................

You are not alone in this battle. This has not been a good week for me so far, either. BUT....tomorrow is another day and we CAN get back on track! We went out for dinner tonight and I had beef fajitas (with only a little piece of a tortilla) but did eat the whole plate. Then, came home and ate one of those WW peanut butter mini bars (which are pretty good). I know I shouldn't have eaten as much as I did but I DID and it's over with. Now, on to tomorrow. Don't lament over the last few days....look ahead....not back! Good luck tomorrow (and the rest of this week!)

dont give up. you are doing good, i too just looked at your weight loss. be strong instead of all that junk food buy some celery, carrots, fruit and snack on that. drink more water. this way you fill up on that. like NEMaw said look foward not back. we all have our moments but we get back in the game. good luck
