Had a week off and back into it. School holidays, did lot of fun activities with the kids including bike riding, sprints (yes I beat my nephews and they were very very surprised!) and had to walk 300 metres with my 30kg child on my shoulders as she hurt her ankle - that is functional fitness for you and that's what I want to maintain and increase flexibility. Back into the good eating now I am in my routine again. Weight stayed the same but again I feel the changes in my thighs and abs. It will drop so :-)
