Stayed very low fat over the 3 day weekend but my calories were very high. And the scale shows it.
84.6 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 23.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

Don't fret over it. We all slip occassionally. Just get back on the horse and control the fat and calories and the gain will come back off. Good Luck!
