Tracking calories often helps, SBD emphasises their importance but does not require counting calories. FitDay.com has a free, very fast system for doing this if you feel up to it. It's a little quirky at first (with some vegetables you should enter <vegetable name> raw, as well as with some other foods) but, once you get used to it, it is *very* fast. You are doing really well, keep up the good work!
