Not sure what is going on. It was so easy last time. I'm eating very clean and the weight is just not coming off. In fact, I am up more than I am down. The only things I've changed are that I'm doing the couch to 5k and still nursing baby G. I wonder if my body is just not letting go? What a PITA! I'm getting super discouraged, but I will just keep on tracking and eating the way I know is best.
