I have been to the city and back, had lunch with the ancient relative and then went to the gym in College on the way home. Upped my cardio slightly to 12 minutes on three different pieces of kit, so 36 minutes of cardio in total.

Just had a homemade fruit smoothie for supper. Now tired and achey. Time to slob out in front of the TV.
