Really mad at myself didn’t go to the gym feeling fat only went 5 days in row normally go 9 days in a row

Just to have muscle look lean and lose fat

You don’t need the gym. Don’t be mad...get a good workout right in your own home...wall sits, squats, crunches, leg lifts, and on and on! Oh and especially resistance work is the best too!

Don’t beat yourself up! You can always do something quick and light at home to make it feel like you’ve made a little progress

Count today as a rest day, they are needed for workouts to be effective, and put in a good work out tomorrow. You can do this!

I only go to the gym 3 days a week...
