Today I had to go to a food show. Let's just say I had to indulge in the dessert isle a little and the pasta and bread tables. Some yummy stuff there. I was a little annoyed that they still haven't caught on to the fact there is a large vegan and vegetarian crowd out there that are sick of eating salads and appetizers when they go out to eat. The only place around me that offered decent entrees was the restaurant that I was the sous chef at. And I made it a point to offer healthy fare. Sigh.
