Whatever comes to hand, basically. I eat a lot of apples, whole grain crispbread with crunchy peanut butter, too much cheese and I have a weakness for wholegrain breads,

I do that at night if I can’t sleep. So now working on sleeping better!

I do stick to low GI bread, "Helga's Lower Carb wholemeal and seeds" being my current preference.
