Life has a way of pegging you back just when you think you reached a peak, it knocks you down a notch or two.
It has taken close to a month to get back onto my transformation journey.
Had a rough stint, with life events resulting in me losing the discipline and the mental fortitude required to maintain my intermittent fasting and food preparation causing me to regress and picking up 2kg’s.

It’s strange walking the same path you trod a mere month or so ago, through the same little weight loss milestones. I am still glad that I found my way back and that I am committed enough to see this through until I achieve my goal and it remains a distinct part of my way of life.

Another observation, take someone along the journey with you - in the same way we share and post our food preparation and successes.
81.2 kg Lost so far: 15.3 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
