Well i started Fat Smash... it went okay for the most part... expect I have some smart thing in me which doesn't allow me to cook oatmeal and it tasted bad... so for breakfast I had 1 cup of yogurt, lunch i had egg whites omlete with onion, pepper, and mushroom, then about 2-3 hours later i had a salad and finally dinner... for dinner i made 1 cup brown rice which i didnt finish, and aspargus... but i cheated and had a small piece of chicken breast..... and my final snack was a fruit smoothie.... till tomorrow....
