Got back on the diet today. Although I follow my points very closely, I made sure I stuck to them today. I felt full this morning after some whole wheat toast, but this afternoon is another story. I tried to do what some suggested about trying a lean cuisine. It didn't fill me up at all, and was 300 calories. :( I had to eat a few extra things to get full enough to go on with my afternoon at work. We were busy, so I didn't get my extra snack. I have a few points left for dinner, so that will be a challenge to find something that I can eat. Other than that, pretty well followed diet day, and more than the suggested amount of water.
