I went for a run today and it was great!
I never thought I'd say that about a run but it was.
I had my music with me which I personally find really helps me to keep going. I kept a steady pace and only stopped once to stretch out my muscles.

I'm only new to this whole running stuff so if I can keep this up I should be able to run 30 mins straight no problem in time for the 5K Race for Life for Cancer Research I'm doing in May.

Wahay! I feel so good I could do another...

...probably best to wait a day or so though :/
