After checking my BMI yesterday I was pleased to see I'm no longer technically 'obese' and am now just 'overweight' 😂! Got to celebrate small victories! Also it would be easy to get lazy now but I'm only 0.4 points inside the 'overweight' range so I need to KEEP GOING! 🤛
