Has anyone tried boiling fresh fish instead of grilling or frying? I tried and it is delicious.

How long do you boil it for?

Not long, I haven't really checked the time. I just add 100ml of water on 4 serving size portions of fresh fish. When the water is finished, the fish is done.

I steam it in a steamer for 5 min
