I need to be more positive. Even on a week when i lose, i feel like its not enough. What can i do to change that about myself.

Your body is dropping the weight it no longer needs... each week when you feel it is just not enough, remember that your body thinks it is just the right amount to do this diet healthily! keep positive - you are doing wonderfully!

Instead of focusing on the smaller week to week numbers, keep looking at how much you have done overall so far. You're weight lose since you have started is GREAT! And thats all because those smaller week to week numbers add up. That's what's important :)
