Been offline all summer. Haven’t been monitoring what I eat or how much. Just been eating what I want. However been consuming a ton of diet soda and chips all summer. As well as some wine. I guess given how reckless I was. A few pound increase isn’t to bad. My weight fluctuates from 271 to 275. I decided to record the high weight. I am back in my old regiment and starting again. I hope to see the 260s by the end on the month. But not planning for it. Just playing it by ear. However during this binge fest. I did realize that chips are not that great. I use to love them. Now I think I only eat them outta habit. They were my comfort food. I compare it to when I quit smoking. The last few months of smoking was unpleasant for me. It didn’t do anything for me. I just smoked out of habit. Once I realized that I walked away from smoking and have t been tempted back in 15 years. I am hoping the same goes for these chips. They are my kryptonite. But we will see how this goes. Like I say it’s a journey not a destination. Good luck everyone and safe journeys.
