Ok, been gone and gaining for a few months, but I am back to try again. This time I am looking at it in small steps...5lbs, then 10lbs. The I will go from there. Thinking 50 just makes me quit because I get discouraged. This time is for good!

Ugh, I totally know how you feel, I can't look at the big picture right now, smaller goals are easier to see :) I have about 35 more to go, but I've also lost 35 since April....a friend of mine introduced me to nutritional cleansing and it has been by far the easiest most effective program I have tried (including weight watchers, jucing, the bean diet...yuck!). I'm reaching out to anyone who has struggled like me, I've already helped my family and friends start losing weight and they are amazed.
