Well I have done my first week. I really watched what i ate, and paid attention to my points, and calories. I had 2 days where I was under my points, and 1 day went I went over them. However, I have half my weekly extra points still left. I worked out only twice this week, but I am on my feet all day being active. I am a little discouraged to find that I went up 1 pound this week. Not at all what I was expecting. I am trying to fit more veggies into my diet, even though I dislike them. On the plus side, I feel healthier, and even though I gained I feel "smaller".
