Week 9
Darn it. I'm back up a pound. I think what happened is I started exercising then assumed I could eat a bit more. I guess I got a bit snack-happy. Ah well. Have to get back on track for next week! :]

yes, that does happen, or you might have gained muscle weight! and thats a GREAT thing! so don't worry about it... and don't quit! have a wonderful weekend!
