I’m pretty much back up to where I started, after a long weekend of visiting friends, and going out for meals, and no exercise apart from walking, as I felt so lethargic from less calories. I’m going to have to find away to get exercise motivated again and quick. Even now after taking 5 days off of exercise I still feel very low on energy 😢
