Wow just wow, i'm sure at some point in my life I was once this weight but I can't remember ever being here. To get on that scale is see this # is so unreal, i've tried many a times to lose weight trying everything. But with this new mindset that it's about living a healthier lifestyle rather than trying to be on a diet has helped me greatly. I don't deprive myself of certain foods I just tell myself that life's about balance, an once i"m done I go back to eating better. It has worked for me. 52 lbs gone today, an I feel 100 times better than I did 4 months ago. I am beyond proud of myself. Everyone have a awesome day I know I will.
