Starting the Insanity Workout. Suppose to be able to burn 1000+ calories in an hr. I just do what I can. It's pretty rough. Work out every day except Sunday. That is my "Day of Rest", plus I eat whatever I want, within reason. Don't want to un-do everything that I did the previous week. Have upped my calories to 1500, since 150 is my new ending goal weight instead of 140.
