Jill-gill's Journal, 17 May 10

Had a wonderful swim today, I can now swim non-stop for 30 mins, and fast too! I am getting fitter - I am going for my 3rd jog tomorrow and may push myself a bit more, seeing as I have collasped and fallen into a sciatic heap after the first two!!
I did everything the wrong way round today - had a tiny lunch and a big veggie dinner. Still it was a bit of a topsy turvey day so nevermind.
I am sending prayers above for the next 2 months that no volcanic ash gets in the way of my flight to Spain. Oh I can't wait. Spanish heat, the sound of the waves, and just the freedom of life over there. <3
