I probably haven't seen the 130s for 25 years. Hip Hip Hooray! So proud of myself. Can only control portions at dinner tonight - eating with mom at her friend's - most likely spaghetti but I can do this!
63.3 kg Lost so far: 9.3 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
