Ate a little too much yesterday but still managed to keep the fat percentage at 30% so I can see that I am making better choices when I feel the need to snack. Have done more exercise today, (Zumba) so this will hopefully offset my overall weekly data and my next weigh in shouldn't be too bad. We'll see....
