Man! A lot of food this weekend. I had a work party and I ate a lot. Sunday I was with my parents and I ate a lot again. I know this is bad but I ate less the other days and I plan on eating a lot less this week to make up for my incredible eating over the weekend. I thought I had this food thing down but I just dont. I need to keep track of it ALWAYS. I am not down on myself just writing what I see. Good to be back to FS!
