I was super surprised at my weight loss. The last three months was hell with so many different things in our lives going wrong. From issues at my son's school and my husband's car broken down. I started seeing a psychologist and that is the best thing I could have ever done. We are handling it. I lost weight this week but I need to be more strict with myself. So back to counting calories this week and seeing better results. No matter what life throws at you .. you can handle it.
