kalo dah mampet aku minum jus sayur & buah atau kopi susu, biasanya langsung bisa..
btw orang waktu diet kadang susah pup padahal makan sayur buah terus. itu krn organ pencernaannya kaget dgn jenis/jumlah makanannya. biasanya udah produksi enzim pencernaan dgn jumlah pas terus tau2 makanannya berubah. perut perlu penyesuaian 😊
