Good morning! I have been eating so well and exercising like a fiend it is hard not to pull out the scale. The only thing keeping me from doing it is the fact that I have been weight training, in addition to cardio, everyh other day. I will do my measurements tomorrow and see how I am doing because I am noticing positive changes in my body, which makes me happier than what the dumb scale will surely tell me. My muscles are pretty sore (good sore) from the workouts I did the last couple of days. I was going to try and workout every day up until my trip on Wednesday but I think I might give myself a break today and work on cleaning the house, packing, and running the last of my errands I need to do before leaving. That will be a pretty good workout in itself. 2 days ago I was driving from my mother in laws house and I heard what I thought was someone shooting at me. About a third of my whinshield exploded and I realized it was hit by a golf ball (she lives in a golf course community). I couldn't see who did it but thankfully when I bought my car last year, it has coverage for 5 years to replace the windshield or repair any dents. So I am actually pretty relieved it hit the windshield rather than damaging another part of the car. It really scared me though, I thought I was under attack! Goofy story but I thought I'd share:)
