看完各位大大給我的很多用心建議和方法,我自己想了好久,決定不要這麼極端方式。
今天晚餐煮了一條絲瓜加兩大朵花菇和一把乾小干貝和乾蝦仁去熬絲瓜,分兩次吃,沒加什麼調味,只有胡椒粉。
今天吃了:燉絲瓜、三個蛋白、四杯無糖薑母茶,兩塊肉乾。
謝謝各位大大給我這麼多專業的建議....我會繼續努力!
(可是今天早上量體重沒變啊,嗚嗚....)
