Starting a fast right now . Don’t know how long I’ll last and if I’ll stay motivated but goal is about 20 hours. Need to get my life back on track and a good detox / fast will hopefully kick my butt into gear

My longest fast was 12 days, you can do it, mind over matter! Go 4 it...

I’ve done a 16 hour fast before twice a week but want to see some results now and I’ve hit rock bottom so want to give it a go

Ankia92 I fast 6 days a week. Minimum 16 hours. That and keto works for me. I now weigh about the same as I did in 2011. Have been battling to loose weight since then.

Mariaan that seems hectic but I am thinking about it to make it part of my lifestyle . I want to try a 20 hour fast for the first day but then I think after today I’ll give the IF 16:8 a go . Just have to stay motivated
