I never thought of a hot spot with an egg and rice cakes for breakfast could help me loose weight. I may have to try that.

Egg is good protein but they say the rice cakes are the worst carb to eat, no Nutrients, and just make you hungrier....

Ches, I see some people add brown cooked rice to the egg mix, so they skip the rice cakes and get the same nutritional value. I will try that sometime
