2 months ago I purchased a pair of jeans that were too small. I kept them with the intention of "getting into them at some point". I actually got into them today with little effort and almost cried at the joy I felt. I've only just lost a few pounds but I think that cutting down on the amount of fat I am consuming has been a major factor in this clothing triumph.
