So basically I'm on day 2. Which is fine. Working my way back to how I want to be. And it amazes me that the people I work with always say they are on diets then I see the women walking around with bags of potato chips eating them like crazy. I'm sorry you just can't take random diet pills and eat whatever you want. Diet pills are definately not the way to go. Not for me anyways. I did good yesterday. Followed my plan. :)
