I'm so disappointed in myself. after I quit my job i swore I'd take the summer to relax and with the lack of stress and all the free time really focus on my diet and getting to the gym and losing weight.

and now its September and I've almost gone back OVER 300 lbs.

I've found that when I have "the time" to focus specifically on that stuff I don't actually do it. Usually because there's so much other stuff I have to or want to do. It's okay. Start fresh today. I've found that I am more successful when I create a realistic (**Key word!) schedule. Also, sometimes easing into a change makes it a little easier. Just some thoughts from my years of experience ☺ Take it, leave it, take whatever works for you. Good luck on your journey. Just the fact that you are on here is a step in the right direction.

Usually happens when u have too much free time. Find a hobby, such as reading....this keeps us away from the refrigerator .
