Day 20, Keto mod, Body Fat 39%. Walked in NYC from 12:30-8:30 w time out for lunch and dinner. Elipticle 65 min Level 3, upper hand weights at home to maintain since I could only do 2 days weights last week. nbm. Breakfast-missed. Lunch, large ceasar salad and iced tea, diet cokes along the way, dinner steak with balsamic reduction, wedge salad w walnuts and roquefort, iced tea. sugar free jello. I fit into my hiking shorts today--yea!!!!!
