So no exercise today as it’s my day off, and I’ve managed to keep the food calories down today but as it’s Friday, and befitting a celebration of the forthcoming weekend, i had a few glasses of wine. I can’t promise to be better over the weekend but I’ll try not to go overboard - at least my lunch dates are centered around healthy eating restaurants. Also pleased with a 0.8 kg reduction for my first 5 days of improved eating and exercise.
62.9 kg Lost so far: 0.8 kg.    Still to go: 0.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
